Who we are and scope of this policy
MIZANOVA is a trading education, market-analysis and community brand serving Arab traders, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "MIZANOVA", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the MIZANOVA brand and the team that operates it.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit our website at https://mizanovatrading.com, submit a form, contact us, or use our educational content, private trading desk, public Telegram channel, Discord community, copy-trading guidance and support. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Risk Disclosure and Partnership Disclosure.
This policy does not cover third-party services, such as the broker Grand Capital, the external education platform or messaging platforms, which operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We collect the information you choose to provide when you fill in a form on our website or contact us. Depending on the form, this may include:

When you browse our website, certain technical information may be recorded automatically by our hosting infrastructure and by any analytics tools that are enabled. This may include:
- Your IP address and the approximate location derived from it
- Device type, operating system, browser type and language
- Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent and the referring website or campaign

Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Our website, and the third-party tools embedded in it, may use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies in the following categories:
- Essential: needed for the website to load, remember basic preferences such as language, protect forms against spam and keep the site secure.
- Analytics: where enabled, tools such as Google Analytics 4 help us measure traffic and improve our content.
- Advertising: where enabled, tools such as the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel help us measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and show relevant ads on those platforms.
- Third-party content: embedded widgets, such as TradingView market widgets and delayed market data from providers such as Twelve Data, may set their own cookies when they load.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings and, where a consent tool is offered on the website, change your choices at any time. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the website from working correctly.
How we use your information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiries and contact you through your preferred channel
- To suggest the service, program or resource best suited to your experience and interests
- To assess eligibility for, and manage access to, the private trading desk and other services reserved for qualified clients
- To guide you, at your request, through opening an account with the broker or setting up copy trading on the broker's platform
- To provide initial support and follow up on requests you have made
- To send updates, educational content or offers where you have agreed or where the law otherwise allows
- To operate, secure and improve our website, content and campaigns, including detecting spam, fraud and misuse
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims
Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Your consent, for example when you tick the consent box on a form, or for non-essential cookies and marketing where consent is required
- Steps taken at your request before providing a service, or the performance of an arrangement with you
- Our legitimate interests in running, securing, promoting and improving MIZANOVA, balanced against your rights and interests
- Compliance with a legal obligation
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
Communications and marketing
When you submit a form, we may contact you about your request by WhatsApp, phone or email, in line with the preference you indicated. Messages exchanged through WhatsApp, Telegram or Discord are also processed by those platforms under their own policies.
We send marketing messages, such as news about programs, offers or events, only where you have agreed or where the law otherwise permits. You can opt out at any time by replying with a request to stop, using any unsubscribe link provided, or contacting us through the website. We may still send you messages that relate directly to a request you have made.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: companies that help us operate, such as hosting, database, email, messaging, analytics and advertising providers, acting on our instructions.
- The broker: if you ask us to introduce you to Grand Capital, or to help with your account or copy-trading setup, we may share the details needed to fulfil that request. The broker then processes your data under its own privacy policy.
- Legal obligations: where disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order or a competent authority, or is necessary to protect our rights, our users or the public.
- Business transfers: if MIZANOVA or its assets are reorganised, merged or transferred, personal information may pass to the successor, which will remain bound to protect it.
- With your consent: in any other case where you ask us, or agree, to share your information.
Submitting a form to MIZANOVA does not open a broker account or replace the broker's own registration and identity checks.
Third-party services and links
Our website contains links to, and content from, third parties, including TradingView, market-data providers such as Twelve Data, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, the broker Grand Capital and the external education platform. These third parties collect and use your data under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Information you post in our public Telegram channel or Discord community, including your username and profile, may be visible to other members.
International data transfers
MIZANOVA is based in the United Arab Emirates, but some of our service providers, and the platforms we link to, may store or process data in other countries. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains adequately protected, including contractual or other safeguards where applicable law requires them.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy: for example, while we handle your enquiry, while you use our services, and for a reasonable period afterwards to follow up, keep records or meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where practicable.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as access controls and encrypted connections, to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your own devices and accounts, and contact us if you believe your information has been compromised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, including applicable data protection laws, among them those of the United Arab Emirates where applicable, and the GDPR for users in the European Union, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- To be informed about how we use your personal information
- To access the personal information we hold about you
- To correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- To request the deletion of your information
- To restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing
- To withdraw your consent at any time
- To receive your information in a portable format, where applicable
- To lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority
To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact channels published on the website and state that your request concerns personal data. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some rights are subject to legal exceptions. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children
Our services relate to trading and are intended only for adults aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in their country if that is higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy and contact us
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the tools we use or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a new last-updated date, and where changes are significant we may provide additional notice.
If you have any questions about this policy or about how we handle your personal information, please contact MIZANOVA through the contact form and the contact channels published on the website.
